From the moment we checked in, we were blown away by the level of service at this hotel. Not only did we find my lost wallet promptly and efficiently, but the ironing facilities in our room were top-notch, making sure we looked sharp for our evening out. the heating was perfect, creating a cozy atmosphere in the sitting area where we enjoyed the complimentary Wi-Fi to plan our activities. the dining table was a lovely touch for enjoying a meal in our room, which was fully equipped with free toiletries and even a washing machine and dryer for our convenience. With the added bonus of nearby restaurants like Wen's and Teppanyaki, we were truly impressed and will definitely be returning to this exceptional hotel.
